3. Schedule an Intensive or an Hourly Sessions

We can find which length of session may best serve your with your immediate and long term goals. If it is hourly, we will find a time weekly or biweekly that works with your daytime schedule. If it is an intensive, we will block 1-3 days to help you make immediate progress and obtain relief.

Insurance

I am an in-network provider with HealthChoice, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma, HealthCare Highways and related plans, Kempton Group, and Apostrophe.

If I am an in-network provider for you, I will send claims to your insurance to help cover the cost of services. You may owe a copay or you may need to reach your deductible. I cannot predict or inquire what type of plan you have until after I bill the first session. I highly recommend contacting your insurance provider to inquire about benefits for therapy. You can provide codes of 90791 (intake) and 90837 (full session) to get the most clear answer.

If you have a different insurance, you can pay the private pay rate and potentially utilize Out of Network benefits. These benefits are not guaranteed under any insurance plan. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to inquire about Out-of-Network benefits to best understand your coverage and cost of services.

If you are uninsured or do not want to use your insurance, I will supply you with a Good Faith Estimate to help outline the cost of services over the course of 6 months or a year. This is not a bill or an obligation but to help you understand the cost in advance and prevent any surprise bills.

The No Surprises Act passed in 2022 helps protect clients and patients from receiving unexpected medical bills, particularly with out of network providers. If you are opting not to use your insurance or are uninsured, you have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate to receive some predictability on the cost of these healthcare services provided.
